1. Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by fba77 will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure. Any winnings accrued during a period when eligibility cannot be confirmed may be voided at fba77's sole discretion.

fba77 employs automated and manual age-verification procedures. Where any doubt exists as to a player's age, deposits will be held, game access will be suspended, and the account will be placed under review until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) fba77 account. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering your fba77 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your information promptly if any of the details you have provided change. fba77 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Your fba77 account credentials — comprising your username and password — are personal to you. You must not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise permit any third party to access your account. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you have authorised that activity.

fba77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant, or to close an existing account, without providing a reason, where fba77 determines in its sole discretion that such action is necessary to comply with its internal policies or applicable obligations.

4. Deposits & Payments

fba77 accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.

fba77 only accepts deposits made by the registered account holder using payment instruments registered in that account holder's own name. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts will be refunded and the associated fba77 account may be suspended pending investigation.

fba77 does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through illegal means. By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that the funds you are depositing are legitimately owned by you and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

All deposits are subject to review by fba77's compliance team. fba77 reserves the right to delay crediting any deposit where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once a player has successfully completed the fba77 Know Your Customer (KYC) identity-verification process. KYC verification requires the submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment channel used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. fba77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not registered in the player's name, or payment methods not previously used for deposit on the same account.

For fully verified accounts, fba77 targets a withdrawal processing time of thirty (30) minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take up to five (5) business days depending on the issuing bank. These processing times are targets and not guarantees; fba77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

fba77 reserves the right to perform enhanced due-diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000. This may include requests for additional identity documentation, source-of-funds declarations, or verification of recent gameplay activity. Withdrawal requests will be held pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

fba77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general terms set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. fba77 reserves the right to restrict or withdraw any bonus offer from any player at any time.
• Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your fba77 wallet. Real-money funds are used first in all betting activity unless the relevant promotion terms specify otherwise.
• The use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or the use of any method designed to circumvent bonus terms, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• fba77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL may be subject to additional terms published at the time of the promotion.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on fba77, including slots, live dealer tables (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat), and crash games, operate using certified random number generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, under the supervision of professionally trained human dealers in accordance with the rules published by the relevant game studio.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the fba77 platform — including but not limited to the fba77 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, audio, video, and game content — is the property of fba77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fba77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any fba77 content without the prior written consent of fba77.

Game content, including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, and Red Tiger, remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective game studios and is used by fba77 under licence.
